WARSAW – The Lakeview Middle School 8th grade volleyball team continued its impressive season Saturday with a championship performance.

The Tigers claimed the title of their own invitational held at WCHS.

Lakeview, which is undefeated this season, defeated Wawasee in the championship match of the tournament.

Members of the championship team include Reagan Merchant, Amy Herendeen, Grace Johnson, Rachel Yeager, Katie Swanson and Courtney Chookie. The squad also features Julia Warren, Erin Peugh, Megan Sullivan and Emily Peterson.

Payne Rager and Dezaray Miller are managers for the undefeated team.

The Lakeview squad is coached by Bryon Weinstein.
