WARSAW — People may have noticed a little activity at the old Golden Corral location on Capital Drive in Warsaw. Since closing in 2014, nothing has occupied the space. Now a car dealership, Lake City Motors, will be using the location for a car lot.

The building was originally closed by the Health Department due to plumbing issues in 2014. After the initial closing, more issues with the plumbing, sewer and foundation caused the business to close permanently.

Lake City Motors will reportedly have 150-180 cars for sale at the new location. It is not clear as to if the building will remain on the location and how the business will have access to sewer. A grand opening date has yet to be announced.
