12 Amish Acres Parcels Set For Auction On Feb. 5
NAPPANEE — Amish Acres, a longtime tourist attraction in Nappanee, is set to be auctioned at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020.
After 50 years in operation, Amish Acres, 1600 W. Market St., Nappanee, will be closing this year after its Dec. 31 New Year’s Eve Cabaret. The Pletcher family, who owns the business, is retiring.
Schrader Real Estate & Auction, Columbia City, is in charge of auctioning the property. More than 25 acres of property will be offered for sale in 12 tracts.
One tract includes The Round Barn Theatre, lobby, greeting barn and meeting house. A separate tract includes the restaurant barn, shops and two log cabin buildings.
