Amanda Marie ‘Mandi’ Williams
Amanda Marie “Mandi” Williams, 37, North Manchester, passed away from complications from a stroke at 1:50 a.m. March 21, 2020, at Parkview Randallia Hospice, Fort Wayne. One of three children, Amanda was born Feb. 7, 1983 in Winamac, to Millard and Grace (Jophlin) Smith.
Mandi was the definition of homemaker; she was a tremendous mother and wonderful wife. For the last thirteen years Mandi has been married to her best friend, Floyd Williams. The two were wed Dec. 29, 2006. Mandi enjoyed making people laugh and often was goofy in order to do so. She had an outgoing personality and loved dancing. Mandi also enjoyed collecting makeup and had a deep fascination with elephants and unicorns.
The loving memory of Amanda Marie “Mandi” Williams will be forever cherished by her mother, Grace Smith, Royal Center; husband, Floyd Williams, North Manchester; three sons, Dakota Clark, Dylan Williams, and Dallas Williams; brother, Jason (Tara) Smith, Leiters Ford; sister, Beth (Joe) Smith, Logansport; and two step-grandchildren. Mandi was preceded in death by her father, Millard Smith.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, visitation and services for Amanda “Mandi” Williams will be held at a later date. The family still appreciates your kind words, thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
