Nedra C. Brown, 80, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 12:15 a.m., at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
Brown was born on Nov. 1, 1931, in Burket, Ind. to W. Ray Tucker and Reba (Baum) Tucker. She was married to Robert Eugene Brown on Feb. 14, 1952, in Claypool, Ind., and lived at Lifetime of Kosciusko County. She served as a clerk at Thornburg Drug Store for 17 years.
Brown was a 1949 graduate of Burket High School; member of Warsaw Community Church; Program Assembly Team at Warsaw Community Church; and delivered Meals on Wheels.
Surviving is son David R. (Natalie) Brown, Warsaw; two grandsons Kent and Quinn Brown; five step-grandchildren, six step-great grandchildren; two sisters Joan (Edward) Napier, Pierceton, and Sue (Marvin) Lowman, Burket; and one brother Bob (Laura) Tucker, Ankeny, Iowa.
Brown was preceded in death by husband Robert “Bob” Eugene Brown (December 13, 2004).
Visitation is Tuesday, May 8, 2012, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Service will be Wednesday, May 9, 2012, 10:30 a.m., Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Pastor E.J. Underwood, Warsaw Community Church, will officiate at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
