BASEBALL TEAM POSTS WIN
Whitko outscored North Miami 12-9 Thursday for a Three Rivers Conference baseball win in South Whitley.
A six-run fifth inning carried the hosts to the victory. Zach Snep had the key hit in the frame with a three-run triple.
Alex Stoddard was 3-3 with two RBI for Whitko. Ethan Nicodemus went 2-2 and also earned the pitching win in relief.
Whitko (16-5, 4-1) plays at Columbia City Friday at 5:00.
