Jane E. Witner, 90, of Winona Lake, Ind., passed away at 4:44 a.m., Friday, May 18, 2012, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

On May 30, 1921, Jane was born in Peru, Ind., to George R. and Belva L. (Burt) Love.  She married Edgar Witner on May 20, 1945, in South Bend, Ind. He preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 1999.  She moved to Grace Village Assisted Living and Healthcare Center, Winona Lake, from Dearborn, Mich., in 2005.  She was a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Jane is survived by three daughters: Carol (Phil) Sparrow, Warsaw; Marcia Ulrich, Southgate, Mich.; and Patricia Koza, Dearborn Heights, Mich.; one son: Christopher (Susan) Witner, Muskegon, Mich.; 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Thomas officiating.

Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, South Bend, Ind.
