Two Arrested for Selling Prescription Drugs
Police officers followed up on information they received concerning two individuals selling their own medications for profit.
Edward Conley, 74, and Holly Neher, 33, both of Warsaw, were arrested after selling prescription medication to undercover officers in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw.
When officers finalized the purchase of the prescription drug Oxycontin, Conley and Neher were immediately arrested. Both were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Friday afternoon on charges of dealing in and possession of a controlled substances, class A felonies. The charges were enhanced due to the drug sale occurring within 1,000 feet of a city park.
An 11-year-old juvenile was in the vehicle with the couple when the arrests occurred. The child was released to relatives. The vehicle and currency used in the transactions were seized in the arrest.
Officers were assisted by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s office.
