Crime of the Week
This week’s crime of the week comes from the files of the Warsaw police Department.
On Monday, July 9, Warsaw Police were called to CVS Pharmacy, 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, where it was reported two armed men held employees by gunpoint and stole an undisclosed amount of drugs.
Police say the two masked suspected entered the CVS Pharmacy at about 4:30 a.m. and displayed handguns. The suspects forced two female employees into the pharmacy area and ordered them to lie on the floor. A male pharmacist was ordered to open a safe and was then told to lie on the floor.
Suspect (one) was described as a white male approximately 20 years to 30 years of age wearing a full face red plastic Spider Man mask with red tightening straps. He also wore surgical gloves.
Suspect (two) is also described as a white male approximately 20 years to 30 years of age wearing a tan safari type hat or possible straw hat, a blue bandanna covering his face and sunglasses. He was also wearing surgical gloves.
