Crime of the Week
This week’s crime of the week comes from the files of the Warsaw Police Department.
On May 19, Warsaw Police was called to 1612 Tippecanoe Dr. Apt. D, reference a strong arm robbery.
Between 7:15 p.m. and 7:53 p.m., an unknown tall black male suspect knocked on the victim’s door asking for a drink. The victim allowed the suspect to enter the apartment for a drink. The suspect then battered the victim, taking three handguns and cash. The suspect was wearing a hat, red shirt and carrying a back pack.
