Kosciusko County Sentencings
- David Cody Lindley, 19, 4478 Sullivan Rd., Leesburg, was sentenced July 30 on one count of criminal trespass, class A misdemeanor. Lindley was ordered a fine of $166 and six days in jail.
- Jose Luis Santana, 47, 505 Lura Circle, Milford, was sentenced July 27 for failure to register as a sex or violent offender, class D felony. Santana was ordered probation and jail time.
- Amanda Szalkowski, 24, 434 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, was sentenced July 27 for operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more, class C misdemeanor. Szalkowski was ordered a fine of $466.50, six days in jail and a 90-day license suspension.
- Daniel Allen Stoneburner, 49, 3386 US 6E, Bremen, was sentenced July 23 on one count of public intoxication, class B misdemeanor. He was ordered a fine of $266, 12 days in jail and 168 days of probation with substance abuse evaluation.
