Three area golf teams found the Mill Creek Golf Course to be a struggle Saturday at the Rochester Invite.

The host Rochester team scored a 345 to win the invite, with NorthWood way back in second place at 373. Wawasee were 12th at 444, Whitko next at 468 and Tippecanoe Valley 16th in the 18-team field at 508.

Wawasee’s scores were led by Elizabeth Jackson’s 101, followed by Kylee Rostochak at 108, Courtney McDaniel at 114, Kamryn Foy at 121 and Megan Goralczyk at 139.

Karsten Lingenfelter of Rochester was the individual medalist with a 73.
