Hydrant Flushing Starts Sunday
Indiana-American Water will be flushing its water distribution system in the Warsaw area starting Sunday. During flushing times, residents in the affected area(s) should avoid doing laundry and may experience pressure fluxuation and discolored water.
The hydrant flushing will occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. The days and locations are as follows:
Sunday, Sept. 30 – Everything north of U.S. 30 from CR 150 West to Husky Trail, including Canterbury Apartments, Executive Drive and north to CR 350 North
Monday, Oct. 1 – Husky Trail from Harrison Ridge to Patterson Road including Mariner Drive, Provident Drive around the hospital and Gable Addition.
Tuesday, Oct. 2 – North Detroit Street from Anchorage Road to Canal Street. Arthur Street, East Sheridan Street, East Clark Street to North Cleveland St. The Hodges Addition will also be included.
Wednesday, Oct. 3 – Parker Street and Argonne Road from Dubois Drive to Durbin Street. Argonne Road to South Maple Avenue.
Thursday, Oct. 4 – North Buffalo Street from Canal Street to Eagle Creek, and High Street to West Street.
Friday, Oct. 5 – Hand Avenue to Winona Lake and Market Street to Smith Street.
Sunday, Oct. 7 – Argonne Road east to CR 250 East and U.S. 30 East to Old Road 30 East. Also, Eagle Creek to CR 200 South and South Union Street to Ranch Road.
Monday, Oct. 8 – East Fort Wayne Street to East Center Street, North Detroit Street to North Bronson Street, and East Center Street Ext to Paths of Deerfield.
Tuesday, Oct. 9 – All of Winona Lake.
Wednesday, Oct. 10 – All of the Boggs and Phillips additions.
