Duane ‘Skip’ Graff
Duane “Skip” Graff, 81, of Nicholasville, Ky., and formerly of Milford, Ind., passed away Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at his home after a battle with cancer.
He was born in Milford, Ind., on Nov. 23, 1930, to Albert and Thelma Bird Graff.
Mr. Graff is survived by his wife: Bonnie Y. Graff, Nicholasville; three daughters: Sherry (Ronald) Quinn, Karen Miles and Diane (Gene) Votaw; two stepchildren: Sharon (Terry) Floyd and Terry York; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren; a brother: Garry (Vera) Graff; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife of 50 years: Barbara Graff; brothers: Jerry, Roger and Fritz Graff; sons-in-law: Oscar Miles and Perry Clark; and a granddaughter: Christy Clark.
Services were held Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home in Nicholasville, Ky., with Dale Hunt, Minister of the Crab Orchard Christian Church and Rev. Carl Shearer officiating. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
