Jessica Irene Fields, 30, of Pierceton, Ind., passed away at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at her home.

She was born Feb. 22, 1982, in Columbia City, Ind., she was the daughter of Charley and Brenda Gail (Collier) Duty.

A lifetime Pierceton resident, she attended Whitko High School, South Whitley, Ind. She was a homemaker and attended New Hope Wesleyan Church, Columbia City.

Survivors include her mother: Brenda Gail Duty, Pierceton; a brother, Roy C. (Courtney) Fields, Pierceton; three children: Angel Gail Duty, Faith Irene Duty and Brennan Charles Fields; grandparents: Roy and Mildred Collier, Larwill, Ind.; several aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father: Charley Duty.

Visitation was held Friday, Oct. 5, at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral service were held Saturday. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.

Memorial gifts may be given in memory of Jessica to the donor’s choice of charity. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
