Grace’s Jackson Honored By League
WINONA LAKE – Grace College junior guard Juaneice Jackson was rewarded for her tremendous week by being named the Player of the Week by the Crossroads League.
Grace, who played against a trio of NAIA ranked teams last week, was led by the sterling offensive production by Jackson.
Jackson scored a career-high 37 points with five 3-pointers made in Grace’s upset of No. 25 Taylor. For the week, she made a remarkable 10-of-20 from beyond the arc.
She ended the week with averages of 25.0 points, 5.0 steals and 4.0 rebounds per game.
The Lady Lancers travel to No. 20 Marian on Wednesday night before hosting Mount Vernon Nazarene on Saturday at the Orthopaedic Capital Center.
