Ready, Set, March For Babies
On Feb. 6 at Ivy Tech Community College in Warsaw, families and business leaders will join together to Kick off the 2013 Warsaw March for Babies campaign — the March of Dimes fundraiser to help all babies to be born healthy and to help those who need help to survive and thrive.
Registration begins at 5:15 p.m. and team captains will receive their team packets and then socialize and share success stories before the Kick-off Program begins at 5:30 p.m. A few of the Teams for the 2013 Campaign include DePuy, Zimmer, 1st Source Bank and Warsaw Women’s Center.
Funds raised by March for Babies in Warsaw help support prenatal wellness programs, research grants, neonatal intensive care unit family support programs and advocacy efforts for stronger, healthier babies.
The March for Babies in Warsaw is Saturday, April 20, at Winona Lake Senior Center. Registration on March for Babies day begins at 12:00 p.m. with the 5K walk kicking off at 1 p.m. Participation in March for Babies will provide a memorable and rewarding day for corporate teams and the whole family.
