Winter Weather Resulting In Delays, Accidents
State troopers have had a busy night working crashes and slide offs and the work continues this morning with local units as well.
Police say slick conditions are prevailing this morning as they continue to respond to crashes in Kosciusko, Marshall, Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. Motorists are urged to use caution while driving today and to allow extra travel time. Locally, police are saying U.S. 30 near Pierceton is very icy as they respond to a personal injury accident in that area.

State police are advising Hoosiers to evaluate whether they need to travel. If travel is necessary, leave extra time and have a mindset of courteous and defensive driving.
