Idol Nite Contestants Sought
The 2013 Idol Variety Nite to benefit the Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund has been set – now, it’s time to find the talent.
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 23, auditions will be held at the Wagon Wheel Theatre in Warsaw for those wanting to be part of the event. Auditions will be by appointment only, so call 574-269-5188 to schedule.
Performers must be willing to take part in the May 11 event to raise money for the KCCCF. The winning talent will receive $1,000.
The KCCCF is administered by K21 Health Foundation and provides assistance to financially-eligible residents of Kosciusko County who are suffering from cancer. The purpose of the fund is to relieve some of the financial strain often comes with treatments of cancer.
The assistance provided by the KCCCF includes, but is not limited to such things as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, insurance, food, car payments and even prescription medications.
