Nancy Rose Bolesky
Nancy Rose Bolesky, 79, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 9:25 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013, in her residence.
On Sept. 12, 1933, Nancy was born to Earl and Edith I. (Miller) Smith in Mishawaka, Ind.
Formerly of South Bend, Ind., she was a Warsaw resident since 1964. Nancy was a graduate of John Adams High School in South Bend, Ind. She was united in marriage to Richard “Dick” Charles Bolesky on June 5, 1954, in South Bend. She was a former Deacon of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church and was a past volunteer for Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
Nancy is survived by her husband: Richard “Dick” Charles Bolesky, Warsaw; daughters: Lynne (Shane) Hartle, Warsaw; Lori (Mark) Shortz, Warsaw; Jill (Jon) Blackwood, Leesburg, Ind; a son: Tod (Brenda), Warsaw; a sister: Sharon (Patrick) Serge, Tuscon, Ariz.; seven grandchildren: Jake Hartle, Chelsey (Eddie) Sexton, Nicholas (spouse Libby) Bolesky, Nicole Bolesky, Conner D Helser, Zachary (spouse Christina) Jones, and Emily Jones; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 24, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, March 25, at the Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Pastor Erik Ohman will officiate the services. Private interment will be held in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
