Robert A. Irvine, 65, of Tippecanoe, Ind., passed away at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his home.

Robert was born the son of Robert Irvine and Lucille M. Thompson Irvine on March 10, 1948, at Chicago, Ill. He was a resident of the Tippecanoe area since 1974 and was retired from Crown Electronics of Elkhart, Ind., as an Electronics Technician.

Following graduating from Fenger High School of Chicago in 1966, he later continued his education at DeVry Technical Institute. He served in the United States Navy from May 10, 1968, until June 5, 1974, when he was honorably discharged.

He is survived by his two brothers: Edward (Bev) Irvine, Argos, Ind.; and Tim Irvine, Shelbyville, Ky.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his father.

In honoring his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral ceremony.
