Habitat Women Build is having the first official work day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow and continues through the projected final day on May 28.

The tentative schedule for Saturday through Monday will be frame work on the new Habitat for Humanity house on Warsaw’s Market Street.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, April 9-10, roof trusses will be set. Roofing will then begin Thursday and Friday, April 11-12.

Work will continue along the following tentative, weather-permitting, schedule:

Windows – Saturday, April 13, through Monday, April 15
Siding and Doors – Wednesday, April 17, through Monday, April 22
Drywall – Wednesday, April 24, through Tuesday, April 30
Painting – Wednesday, May 1, through Friday, May 3

Volunteers for the above projects are still needed.

National Women Build Week begins on May 4 and runs through May 13.

Trim and finish are slated to take place Wednesday, May 15, through Monday, May 20, with outside work including lawn seeding and landscaping slated for Wednesday, May 22, through Tuesday, May 28.
