Spring Into Art Show Is Today In Nappanee
Spring Into Art is back in Nappanee at a new venue! Sponsored by the Friends of the Nappanee Public Library, the extravaganza of visual arts will be held at the Coppes Commons shopping complex, 401 E. Market St. (U.S. 6) on April 26-27. Fine art, free hands-on workshops, demonstrations and more — it’s a celebration of the arts and the artistic process, and it’s all in your own back yard!
Make plans to take part in this exciting event bustling with shopping, learning and inspiration for all ages. The art fair takes place at the recently renovated Coppes kitchen factory and will feature over 40 exceptional artists working in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, textiles, jewelry, photography and more. Visitors will also have the chance to see all of the recently retouched quilt murals from along the heritage trail in one place.
Open hours for the public are Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday today. Admission and parking are free.
The purpose of Spring Into Art is to support the arts, to promote artists, and to benefit the Friends of the Nappanee Public Library and the Nappanee Public Library Foundation. Funds are used throughout the year to bring the community enriching, educational and entertaining programs.
