Art Competition’s Theme Is Quilts
WABASH – Entries for the Honeywell Center’s Themed Art Competition will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, Wednesday, June 3, in the Honeywell Center’s Legacy Hall. An entry fee of $20 allows artists to submit up to three works representing this year’s theme “Quilts.”
Contestants have a chance to win $600 in prize money. Artwork can be submitted in any medium including paintings, photos, barn quilts, etc. Entry forms and guidelines can be found at the Honeywell Center box office.
The exhibit, sponsored by Nancy J’s Fabric and Heaven on Earth, will be on display June 5 through July 10 with an artist reception scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 10.
