Indy To Host NCAA Lacrosse
For the first time, the NCAA has selected a neutral site not along the East Coast to host games of the NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Championship.
Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis will be the site for two quarterfinal games on Sunday, May 19. Game times are Noon and approximately 2:30 p.m. ESPNU will broadcast both games live.
The 2013 bracket will be revealed Sunday, May 5 at 9 p.m. on ESPNU. Eight first-round games will be played on campus sites Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12. Four of those winners will play in the two quarterfinal games in Indianapolis Sunday, May 19. (The University of Maryland is also hosting two quarterfinal games on Saturday, May 18.)
Notre Dame is the NCAA host institution, while Indiana Sports Corp will manage the event’s Indiana Host Committee.
Tickets for the 2013 NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Quarterfinals are currently on sale via www.NCAA.com/Tickets and the Lucas Oil Stadium ticket office. Tickets include both Quarterfinal Games. Tickets for the Quarterfinal Games are $30 for reserved seats and $20 for general admission. Youth tickets are $25 for reserved seats and $15 for general admission.
