Wilma L. Howard
Wilma L. Howard, 62, Silver Lake, Ind., passed away at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in her residence.
She was born Nov. 18, 1950, in Gunlock, Ky., to Clayton and Elsie (Neeley) Howard. She graduated from Warsaw High School in 1969 and received B.S. in Education from Manchester College in 1973.
Wilma worked at Heckman Bindery, North Manchester, Ind., for 38 years. She attended Free United Baptist Church, Sidney, Ind., and enjoyed reading and knitting.
She is survived by her parents; one brother: Michael D. (Sharon) Howard, LaPorte, Ind.; two nephews: Jonathan Howard, Santa Cruz, Calif.; and David Howard, Kobe, Japan.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Velma Howard.
Visitation will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 6, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 SR 114 W, North Manchester. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 6, at the funeral home. Pastor Ward Etsie Allen will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake.
