The Silver Lake community vacation Bible school will be held from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. June 24-28 at the Silver Lake Conservation Building. This year’s study theme is “SonWest Roundup” which tells the wonderful story of Moses in the Old Testament and the promises of Jesus in the New Testament.

Each evening will be filled with learning experiences including Bible lessons, crafts, games, snacks and exciting toe-tapping music. There will be classes for children 4 years old though sixth grade. Parents are invited to the Friday evening closing program followed with cookies and ice cream for the whole family.

Five churches are cooperating in this community VBS: Center United Methodist Church, Silver Creek Church of God, South Pleasant United Methodist Church, Silver Lake Wesleyan Church and West Eel River Church of the Brethren.
