Makayla Grace Stambaugh, stillborn, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 10:29 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013, in Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.

On June 13, 2013, she was born to Jeremy Stambaugh and Bunny Summerland in Fort Wayne.

Makayla is survived by her parents: Jeremy Stambaugh and Bunny Summerland, Warsaw; two brothers: Alexander Stambaugh and Andrew Wbarra, both of Warsaw; two sisters: Summer Stambaugh, Burket, Ind.; and Melina Stambaugh, Warsaw; paternal grandparents: Dave and Tammy Swick, Bourbon, Ind.; and Bill and Jen Stambaugh; maternal grandparents: Mark and Connie Puckett, Warsaw; paternal great-grandfather: Wayne Marshall, Warsaw; and maternal great-grandmother, Peggy Owens, Warsaw.

Visitation hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. Thursday in Garden of Angels, Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Pastor William Whitaker officiating.
