• Brenda Lee Blackburn, 48, 201 Stonewall Ct., Nappanee, arrested for failure to comply and failure to appear. Bond: $1,457
• Edward Allen Cochran, 333 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, criminal mischief, possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia cocaine. Bond: $2,000
• Lorelei Adele Mounsey, 34, 402 W. First St., Milford, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $5,000
