Super 8 Rebranding As Quality Inn
The Super 8 Motel, located at 3014 Frontage Rd., Warsaw, will soon be making changes in branding, amenities and targeted guests.
According to Jay Patel, manager of the Super 8, the motel is currently working to switch brands to become a Quality Inn. Patel stated that the new branding will occur once the location expands its lobby and begins offering its guests hot breakfasts.
Though Patel stated the location plans to target guests within the orthopedic industry, renovations that need to be made before the rebranding can take place won’t begin until after current reservations are up. According to Patel, the Super 8 Motel is currently entirely booked up to August. Once current guests vacate the location, Patel stated the motel will hold off on taking new reservations until the transition is complete.
Patel stated that the exact date in which the motel will open its doors as a Quality Inn is still up in the air as they wait for reservations to come to a close. Patel anticipates that sometime in August to September the company will begin undergoing the process of applying for new permits for interior and exterior renovations.
Patel approximated that the project could take up to 3 months to complete. Exterior signs for the Super 8 branding have been covered with tarps in an effort to put the Super 8 name to rest before the transition.
