WCS Counselor Arrested With Teen
A Warsaw Community Schools junior counselor has been arrested for possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after she was found in the company of a 17-year-old in a parked vehicle.
Pamela Ann Rozelle, 37, of East Kemo Avenue, Warsaw, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Winona Lake Police Officer Joe Bumbaugh near Stonehenge. Rozelle was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor under the age of 18. The 17-year-old was arrested and released to a guardian.
Rozelle is listed on the Warsaw Community Schools website as a junior counselor. According to her profile, “I graduated high school in Panama City, Fla. Afterwards, I went into the Air Force where I was stationed in Texas and was a part of a special airport unit called Tanker Airlift Control Element. Once my enlistment ended, I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in school counseling from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.”
Rozelle was initially being held without bond.
