Strip Club Employees Report Armed Robbery
Two employees of Stimmelator’s Gentlemen’s Club in North Webster were allegedly held up at gunpoint Saturday night.
According to a North Webster Police Department report, the employees, who were not identified, said a male subject pointed a handgun at them in the parking lot of the business and demanded money.
The incident was reported to police and a short time later a North Webster Police officer recognized the suspect’s vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. With assistance from Syracuse Police, the suspect, Brian Douglas Goodspeed, 46, of Hartford City, was arrested.
Goodspeed was preliminarily charged with armed robbery, criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon and carrying a handgun without a license. He was held without bond.
North Webster Police are not releasing any additional information at this time saying the case remains under investigation.
