In less than 5 minutes, the Warsaw Plan Commission Monday night approved a 3-lot residential subdivision in Warsaw.

Kent Wildman received preliminary approval for the Kent Wildman Addition in 2011, but he never sought final approval. Now, with a buyer for one of the three lots, Wildman asked the WPC for final plat approval.

The subdivision is located at 921 W. Zimmer Rd. and will include only 3 lots measuring 1.45 acres, 1.70 acres and 4.55 acres, and all of the lots will be accessible from one common private drive. The area is already zoned R-1.

The Warsaw Plan Commission meets the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. as needed.
