Community Health Screening Day At IU Health Goshen
GOSHEN, Ind.- IU Health Goshen Hospital will hold a Community Screening Day from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. Most screenings are free of charge and a few require a nominal fee.
Free services provided by clinical professionals include: skin cancer risk screening, colon health risk appraisal, breast cancer risk assessment, blood pressure, pulse and blood oxygen levels, body composition assessments, diabetes risk assessments, diabetic foot screenings and fitness assessments.
Screenings with a nominal fee include: bone density heel scans, cholesterol screening (fasting required), and A1C glucose measurement. Discounts are available for some screenings for those who register and pay in advance.
