North Webster Police Reports
Accidents
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:
Thursday, Sept. 27, 11:25 a.m. North Main Street. A motor home driven by Thomas P. Lavin, East Sunset Trail, struck a mailbox. A postal employee examined the mailbox and reported no damage.
Monday, Sept. 23, 1:07 p.m. SR 13. Vehicles driven by Shane P. Lenon, EMS T13B Lane, Leesburg, and James M. Rhodes, East Kyle Road, Perceton, collided. Rhoades’ vehicle had damage reported, but not the amount.
Incidents
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Saturday, Sept. 28, 6:48 p.m. Crystal Flash Road. Peggy and Rob Criswell reported two bicycles stolen from their residence between Sept. 27-28. Investigation continues.
- Friday, Sept. 27, 2 p.m. North Main Street. Happy Wok reported two customers, who were together, ordered food. Subjects paid $17.01 with a credit card, but left before it was declined.
- Monday, Sept. 23, 1:40 p.m. South Main Street. A stray dog went into New Market. The owner was not located and the dog was taken to the Kosciusko County Animal Welfare League. It was later reunited with its owners.
