• Randy Wayne Avery, 33, 9137 N. Koher Rd., Syracuse, arrested for battery resulting in serious bodily injury of endangered adult. Bond: $5,000
• Jason Michael Thorn, 29, 133 EMS W11 Ln. 4, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $200
• Kevin Patrick Dunkin, 21, 614 Goshen Ave., Elkhart, arrested for a probation violation. Bond: $10,000
