Norma J. Florey, 80, Claypool, Ind., passed away at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw, Ind.

She was born in Silver Lake, Ind., on Sept. 17, 1933, to Ernest and Sadie (Stanley) Allen.  She was a 1953 graduate of Silver Lake High School, and on July 4, 1954, she married Leo N. Florey. He preceded her in death. Norma was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters: Brenda (Jeff) Dotson and Linda (Charles) Duncan, both of Silver Lake; and five grandchildren: Kayley Dotson, Kelsey Dotson, Lucas Duncan, Brittany Duncan and Baylee Duncan, all of Silver Lake.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at McKee Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 SR 114 W., North Manchester. Pastor Ed French will officiate and burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake.
