Police Charge One With Drug Dealing
A Warsaw woman is in custody after being arrested by Kosciusko County undercover officers for dealing a controlled substance Monday afternoon.
Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers, along with sheriff’s deputies, apprehended a Warsaw woman Monday at approximately 1 p.m. after a 3-month-long drug investigation. Officers arrested Kimberly Dawn Richardson, 31, Warsaw, on a preliminary charge of felony dealing a Schedule I controlled substance.
DTF officers stated their investigation involved an undisclosed type of prescription medication. Officers took Richardson into custody, without incident, at a mobile home park located on CR 100 South, west of State Road 25, near Warsaw.
Richardson is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $25,000 bond. The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department was assisted in the investigation by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force consists of officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department that work with other local and neighboring law enforcement agencies to combat the usage and sale of illegal and illicit drugs.
