Shirley Ann Lark
Shirley Ann Lark, 75, of Pierceton, Ind., passed away at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Ind.
She was born May 18, 1938, to Enos and Edna (Parkey) Kenoshmeg in Petoskey, Mich. She had been a resident of Pierceton since 1992. She was a waitress in Michigan and was a member of the Odawa Indians.
Shirley is survived by her longtime companion: Tom Przbylo, Pierceton; three sons: Gary Kenoshmeg, Grand Rapids, Mich.; Terry Lark, Pierson, Mich.; and Dean Lark, Bourbon, Ind.; one brother: Donald Gerald Kenoshmeg, Mentone, Ind.; three sisters: Pauline Bowers, Michigan; Deloris Thomas, St. Augustine, Fla.; and Arlee Boggs, Laraine, Ohio; and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel- Pierceton. A Christian Burial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at the funeral home with Father Andrew Curry of St. Francis Xavier Parish, Pierceton, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery, Petoskey, Mich.
