Valley Middle School Honors Athletes
AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley Middle School has honored its athletes for the fall sports of volleyball, football and cross country.
Honored from the 8th grade football team were Camden Tucker (Most Improved), Drew Hartman (Mental Attitude) and Bryce Webster (Mr. Viking).
Saluted from the 7th grade football team were the trio of Josh Hazard (Most Improved), Noah Miller (Mental Attitude) and Wes Melanson (Mr. Viking).
Award winners for the 8th grade volleyball team were Cheyenne Oldfather (Most Promising), Gretchen Runyan (Most Improved), Olivia Trippiedi (Mental Attitude), Leah Stouder (B Team Mental Attitude) and Jade VanMeter (B Team Most Improved).
Honored from the 7th grade volleyball team were Sophie Bussard (MVP), Rachel Randall (Most Improved), Marlea Myers (Mental Attitude), Sarah Myers (B Team Mental Attitude) and Kelly Randall (B Team Most Improved).
The 6th grade volleyball team saluted Ally Betten (Top Server), Faith Kamp (Most Improved), Aleah Cole (Captain), Karina Young (B Team Top Server) and Kaitlyn Lewis (B Team Most Improved).
The cross country program honored Evan Lowman (Most Valuable Runner), Alex Santiago (Most Improved), Domingo Santiago (Mental Attitude), Haley Hoover (Most Valuable Runner), Lorena Santiago (Most Improved) and Sarah Tucker (Mental Attitude).
