Ruby O. Kramer, 95, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 2:20 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, in  Grace Village Healthcare, Winona Lake, Ind.

She was born Aug. 12, 1918, in Andrews, Ind., to Earl and Nellie (Whoopengardner) Owen. She married Robert L. Kramer in 1948 and was a homemaker.

Ruby was a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, Huntington, Ind.; and past president of Huntington PTO.

She is survived by a daughter: Cindy (Dennis) Koehring, Warsaw; a son: Jerry Kramer, Warsaw; a granddaughter: Kara Kramer, Warsaw; two sisters: Betty Reed, Huntington; and Shirley (Bill) Yahne, Syracuse, Ind.; and a sister-in-law: Florence Owen, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert L. Kramer; two brothers: Carl and Richard Owen; and a sister: Norma Jean Owen.

A private family graveside service will be held. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
