Accidents
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Saturday, Nov. 23, 12:05 p.m. North Hickory Street. A vehicle driven by Raymond H. Schmucker, Longspur Lane, Warsaw, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Jarrod Deaton. No other information given.

Wednesday, Nov. 20, 1:39 p.m. South Main Street. A vehicle driven by William l. Meyers, North 300 East, Syracuse, backed into a vehicle owned by Rick Barringer. No other information given.

Incident
Officers of the NWPD recently investigated the following incident:

• Thursday, Nov. 21, 2:55 p.m. South Arbor Vista Drive. A mail carrier was bitten by a dog while on her route.

Arrest
Officers of the NWPD recently made the following arrest:

• Sunday, Nov. 24, 8:56 p.m. South Main Street. Jason Elijah, 39, East Esterbrook Drive, was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be in possession of a look-a-like substance. He was arrested and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail, Warsaw.
