Leesburg Man Pleads Guilty To Theft
Dan Warren, 44, of Leesburg, has plead guilty to the felony offense of theft of government property.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office, Magistrate Nuechterlein is recommending that the district court accept the tendered guilty plea. Parties have 14 days in which to object to the magistrate judge’s recommendation.
The charge was filed as a result of an investigation by Drug Enforcement Administration. Sentencing has been set for April 25. This case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Barbara Brook.
