Can you imagine finding out your child was sexually molested? That’s bad enough, but now you have to wade into uncharted waters. You have to deal with child protective services, the police, victims advocates, counselors and maybe CASA workers.

Many who go through this experience feel alone. After one mother’s experience with going through this, she has decided to turn her experience into something positive to help others.

Isaiah 11 and Sabrina Adams will be hosting a support group to help survivors of sexual assault and their families. The first meeting of this group will be from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 20. The group will meet at Isaiah 11 Ministry, 6256 W. 100 N. Warsaw.

The group is open to survivors of sexual assault and or parents of children who have been sexually molested. At this time, no babysitting services will be offered. There is no cost to attend this group, however, we will accept donations to support Isaiah 11 Ministry.
