WARSAW – The Outland Volleyball Club’s 13’s team recently wrapped up an outstanding winter season.

The team, made up of local 5th and 6th graders, capped its season by winning the Plymouth Invitational.

The team, coached by James Schmidt and Gary Hawblitzel, went 25-5 during the season and won seven of the eight tournaments that they played in. The squad often played against teams made up of 7th and 8th graders.

The Outland team included Gwyn Bellamy, Elizabeth Schmidt, Kala Hummitch, Kendra Love, Elizabeth Kleopfer, Haley Howard, Delaney Walters, Cami Dahms, Brooklyn Slone, McKenna Hawblitzel and Katie Schmidt.
