Y Spring Break Camp Events
Make sure your kids don’t get bored this Spring Break, send them to the Spring Break Camp at the Kosciusko Community YMCA.
Monday, April 7, through Friday, April 11, kids will spend each day jam packed with learning and activity. The program runs from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for children kindergarten through the 6th grade. There are several exciting activities planned this year.
On Monday, April 7, kids will play games before and after going to the Guggisberg Cheese Factory and to Buggy Lane Farms in Middlebury. On Tuesday, April 8, they’ll color Easter eggs, go to the park and climb the rock wall.
On Wednesday, April 9, kids will visit MudLOVE for a tour, make 3D Easter cards, climb the wall and play at the park. On Thursday, April 10, School Break Campers will make a flower pot and plant a flower, have an Easter egg and Scavenger hunt. And after all that fun, on Friday, April 11, they’ll visit the Botanical Conservatory in Fort Wayne.
Kids need to bring a sack lunch and tennis shoes to the Y each day and be dressed for outdoor activities. Registration forms will be available for those who are not already registered as part of our Kids’ Club program. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all participants. A late fee will be added after April 4. All parents must sign their children in to Spring Break Childcare.
