Mason Health & Rehabilitation Center, a TLC Management facility, recently earned the 2014 Providigm Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Accreditation as a skilled nursing facility. This quarterly recognition illustrates that Mason Health and Rehab is actively performing quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

QAPI Accreditation demonstrates that a facility is continually assessing residents’ quality of life with regard to concerns such as pain, dignity, respect for resident choice, and quality of care problems. This includes monitoring whether there are enough staff to meet resident needs, patients’ weight loss and/or infections, rehabilitation following acute injury or illness and prevention of readmissions to hospital.
