Continuing a favorite tradition, the Kosciusko County Community Foundation is hosting the Heart of Gold awards to celebrate and recognize people and organizations in the community who are doing wonderful things for others.

This year, KCCF is recognizing up to 50 individuals, one nonprofit, and one service club for extraordinary service.

Know of a person or organization who deserves to be recognized for a Heart of Gold? Visit www.kcfoundation.org/HeartOfGold to get a nomination form. On June 5, the Heart of Gold reception will be held at the Center Lake Pavilion in Warsaw. Each nominee invited to the reception may recommend a grant award to a charitable organization in the community. Last year, $8,900 was granted to area nonprofit organizations in honor of Heart of Gold recipients.

Help celebrate Hearts of Gold in the community by nominating someone today. The deadline for nominations is Monday, April 28.
