Big Turn Out For Easter Egg Hunt
On Saturday, April 12, hundreds of kids and parents swarmed the Kosciusko Community Fairgrounds for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Gates opened at 11 a.m.
The Easter Bunny was there to for photo ops with the kids. The hunts started at 1 p.m.
There were hunts for four different age groups. In each hunt was one extra special Easter egg.
One to two year olds went first. The Easter Bunny went to the center of the search area, raised his arms and when he dropped them, the search was on. The kids went crazy looking for Easter eggs.
After that each age group had a chance to hunt eggs at a different site on the fairgrounds. Three to five year olds went next, then six to nine year olds and finally 10 to 12 year olds.
After the hunts, families gathered to check out the spoils of the hunt. Everybody seemed to have a wonderful time.
