Kenneth O’Neil Brandon
Kenneth O’Neil Brandon, 64, of Etna Green, Ind., passed away at 10:20 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Ind.
He was born Nov. 2, 1949, in Carrollton, Ala., to Melrose Brandon and Hattie Erline Sims. On Aug. 17, 1981, in Atwood, Ind., he married Carol J. Yeiter.
Kenneth served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He lived most of his life in Kosciusko County, Ind., and was employed as a commercial truck driver for Woody Everly and Sons. He loved to fish and ride motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife: Carol J. Brandon, Etna Green; a sister: Laura (Phil) Smith, Warsaw; a brother: Robert (Brenda) Brandon, Warsaw; a sister-in-law: Sally Brandon, Columbus, Miss.; and a brother-in-law: Colie McCool, Pierceton, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Melrose and Hattie Erline Brandon; two brothers: David Brandon and Walter Brandon; and two sisters: Edna McCool and Rebecca Johnson-Brown.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 21, at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw with Pastor Bob Jarboe, Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice chaplain.
